I appeared in series 42 of BBC Watchdog, presenting the "Best or Worst" segment where each week we ranked companies within a different industry to establish who was the best and who was the worst when considering factors such as complaints, customer satisfaction, and cost. We examined six different industries: energy providers, train companies, mobile phone providers, broadband providers, banks, and airlines.
