Long Live Britain provided an evening of entertainment on BBC1 in August 2013, as two hour-long episodes set out to tackle one of the nation's most pressing public health issues, Britain's "secret killers": heart disease, liver disease and diabetes. At the nation’s largest-ever combined health screening at the Rugby Football League’s Magic Weekend in Manchester a team of nurses and doctors screened hundreds of people to find out if they were at risk of developing one of these three preventable conditions. I was responsible for the management of the data processing, running analyses real-time and presentation of the subsequent results on screen.
